After our introduction to Mana Thai's Khao Soi dish, this has become one of the 'go to' items that we order regularly. We have ordered it with pork and chicken … both are excellent. I do expect, however, that this will be wonderfully delicious with any of the other options, as well.

The salad you didn't know you needed. I can't leave here without one now. I seriously crave it. So crunchy and tangy and savory and delicious with flavors I don't even know how to describe. 10/10 recommend.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely phenomenal! The Pad Thai was bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. The noodles had the perfect texture, the sauce was rich and balanced, and every ingredient tasted incredibly fresh. The portion was generous, and every bite left me wanting more. Easily one of the best Pad Thai dishes I've had. I'll definitely be back for more—highly recommend!

Mana Thai Comfort Food/Vegan Thai CO has been a regular staple for us since they came to Longmont! The consistency in deliciousness is unbelievable, making us question every time, "How do they do it?" We frequently order Vegan Mango Curry with Tofu, and it is incredibly flavorful, with the different textures of the cashews, mango, broccoli, and other vegetables, and tofu. The blend of these foods creates a sweet-and-savory flavor profile with a tailored spice level, making you want to keep ordering it!

Holy God. I've been reading the reviews for this restaurant and laughing because they're so ridiculously over the top…except now I know that they're not. I am now a customer, and officially another fanatic. This is the most delicious glass noodle dish I've ever had. Is it the sesame oil? What is this flavor? I recognize it, but it's stronger in this dish. Total umami. I got mine without bell pepper simply because I love glass noodles and wanted to exclude at least one vegetable to increase the noodle to vegetable ratio. I'm honestly worried for the future of my waistline 😅

Delicious! It was prepared well, not over or under cooked, tasted great, and the heat level (2) was just where I wanted it with a good kick, but very gnoshable for a fast eater like me. I ate the whole thing and went on to play a gig a couple hours later, no regrets.

mana thai is the BEST thai food in longmont. dishes are richly flavored and reasonably priced, after trying mana thai once i started eating there at least once a week and im confident you'll know why if you try it.
